How it works

Three steps instead of manual collection and spreadsheets

  1. Connect the sources

Task tracker, messages, calendar, and meetings in Zoom and Yandex Telemost. Sales come from invoices.

  2. The score is set on its own

It weighs workload, each person's role, and when something happened. More than 30 traits per person.

  3. Decide from the brief

The brief says who to reward, who to talk to, and who is overloaded.

Risky contracts show up early

Documents are linked. For a contract you see whether it holds, which clauses are weak, and how delivery stands. The contract is tied to a person and to an invoice.

For each day of delay the supplier pays a penalty of 0.1% of the contract amount. The cap is 10%.

A workload forecast, even when tasks have no due date

Task trackers and CRM are connected. If a due date is missing, the schedule is estimated from similar tasks.

Trust

A score from the work, not surveillance

Work facts only

The score is built from tasks, email, calls, and invoices. Health, family, and religion are not part of it.

Access by role

A manager sees the brief for their own people. HR and administrators see the full queue. Email text can be hidden.

A person has the last word

An HR correction shows at once, and the original score stays beside it. A false signal is closed and drops out of the advice.

Pricing

Questions

The short version

Is this legal under GDPR and US privacy law?

Yes. HR DataLog is built to meet the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws, including the California CCPA/CPRA. The score uses work events the company already keeps. A voiceprint is stored only after consent and erased if the person refuses, and the bot joins a meeting only when every participant agrees.

Is this surveillance of employees?

No. The score is collected from work events the company already keeps: tasks, email, calls, invoices. Signals about poor treatment stay off until the company turns them on.

What if a signal is wrong?

The case is closed as a false signal and leaves the advice. The HR correction shows at once, and the original score stays beside it.

Who sees messages and scores?

A department manager sees the brief and comparison for their own people. HR and administrators see the full queue. Email text can be hidden: names, dates, and scores remain.

Can we work without Jira?

Yes. Tasks can come from Yandex Tracker. Events are also collected from email, calls, invoices, and notes.

What are tokens spent on?

On plain-language answers and on reading email and calls. Deadlines, speed, and other formulas do not use them. SMS and WhatsApp are paid to their own operator.

Is there an English interface?

Yes. The product interface is in Russian and English.

So a manager and HR can lead people with less gathering

HR DataLog — from ₽10,000 a month.
